How shopping links work
Sartora helps users discover products and try selected garments virtually. When a user chooses to shop, Sartora may send the user to the original retailer through a tracked outbound link.
No retailer checkout inside Sartora
Sartora does not process checkout, payment, fulfillment, shipping, returns, refunds, or customer service for retailer products. Those responsibilities remain with the retailer or marketplace.
Editorial and product selection
Sartora aims to show relevant fashion products from approved data sources, APIs, feeds, or partner agreements. Affiliate compensation may be one factor in product availability, but our goal is to make shopping discovery useful and transparent.
